Refund Policy

1. Advance Payment

A 50% advance payment is required before any WordPress website project begins. This payment is used to secure project scheduling and may be used for domain registration, web hosting, SSL certificates, premium themes, plugins, and other project-related resources.

2. Non-Refundable Payments

Once project work has commenced or any domain, hosting service, SSL certificate, premium theme, plugin, or third-party service has been purchased or activated, payments become non-refundable.

3. Project Cancellation

If a client cancels a project after development has started, no refund will be issued for payments already made. Any completed work up to the cancellation date may be invoiced accordingly.

4. Completed Services

No refunds will be provided for completed WordPress websites, website maintenance services, SEO services, content updates, hosting services, domain registrations, or any completed digital services.

5. Client Delays

Projects delayed due to the client's failure to provide content, images, approvals, feedback, or required information are not eligible for refunds.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Ceylon Web Solutions. Approval of any refund request is not guaranteed.

7. Policy Updates

Ceylon Web Solutions reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
